What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days. For opened records, returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or has significant manufacturing flaws.

Are all the records on your site brand new?
Unless explicitly marked as 'Vintage' or 'Pre-owned' in the product description, all vinyl records sold on our site are brand new, factory-sealed pressings.
