At Magnolia Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the record back in its original specialized mailer, ensuring the vinyl is secured to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
